Copyright & DMCA - Zlinkuj

Zlinkuj (zlinkuj.pl, short-link domains such as zlnk.pl, zlik.pl and kro.li) lets users upload and share files. We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Digital Services Act. 1. Copyright policy

  • Users may upload only content they own or are authorized to share. Uploading infringing material violates our Terms of Service.
  • Every file and folder page has a “Report” button. Rights holders may also use the form below or e-mail kontakt@zlinkuj.pl.
  • We review copyright notices promptly, usually within 24 hours, and disable access to infringing files.
  • Removed files are fingerprinted (content hashing). The same file cannot be uploaded again by any user, and other copies of it already stored are blocked as well.

2. Submit a DMCA notice

Please include the URLs of the infringing material, identify the original work, and confirm the statements below. You can list many URLs in one notice.

One per line, e.g. https://zlnk.pl/abc123 (up to 100).

Identify the original work (title, author, link to the original if available).

Type your full name.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe your file was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to kontakt@zlinkuj.pl including your name, contact details, the URL of the removed file, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court. We may restore the file unless the complainant informs us that it has filed legal action.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material are suspended.
